New Sheriff in Town - (The Return of Mr. Smith)

Twenty years old and in my second year at 5 Towns College of Music, I was living the life of a musician, practicing my private lesson work endlessly and getting through my classes. I started to develop a style and confidence that I never had before. At the time, I was playing a yellow Ibanez, a Japanese metal guitar with a Floyd rose whammy bar that I rarely touched. It was time for a new guitar, my first high quality instrument.
I had seen a flyer at school for a 1992 PRS CE24 in whale blue. The flyer showed a picture of the most beautiful thing I had ever seen. With smooth curves covered in a whale blue finish, an ample but less aggressive whammy bar, and a tone which I was sure would put me in harmony with the greats, I had a feeling that this guitar must be mine....
